Do you sell your wine in bottle shops or retail outlets?
No, we don’t sell our wine in bottle shops or retail outlets. Wines are exclusively available at Gralyn Estate’s cellar door situated on Caves Road in Wilyabrup, in the heart of the Margaret River wine region. Open daily for tastings, sales and bespoke experiences.
We do offer fast and efficient shipping/delivery service of our wines and fortifieds.
Do I need to book a wine tasting?
No booking is required for small groups. Taste the full range of wines free of charge and learn about the grapes and winemaking from the knowledgeable and friendly staff. Our modern tasting room provides magnificent views over the vines and the surrounding farmland. Wines can be ordered at the Cellar Door and delivered World-wide.
Large groups (10 or more people) do require an advanced booking.

What are your Cellar Door opening hours?
Our Wilyabrup Cellar Door is open everyday 10.30am - 4.30pm for tastings and sales, except we are closed Christmas Day, Good Friday and Anzac Day until midday. Visit us on your next wine tasting in the Margaret River wine region.

Do you have Port or Fortified wine for sale?
Yes, Gralyn Estate pioneered port styles in the Margaret River region with the first Vintage Port made in 1978, first White Port in 1984, and first Pink Port in 1991. The range has expanded to include nine different fortified wines.
Our Tawny, Classic Muscat, Artizan Rare Muscat and Museum Rare Muscat have an average barrel age that varies from nine to thirty five years. They have been judged as some of Australia's finest fortifieds.

Can I visit the Winery to purchase wine?
Yes, Gralyn Estate wines are exclusively available from our landmark cellar door on Caves Road Wilyabrup in the heart of the Margaret River wine region or online through our shop. Welcoming patrons for the first time or those with a long relationship with Gralyn Estate is our pleasure. The wine tasting room has ample parking and disabled access. The Estate is 280km from Perth, just 30 minute drive from Busselton, and 15 minute drive from Margaret River. Open daily for tastings, sales and bespoke experiences.
How can I track my wine order?
You can track your wine order at any time from your shipping confirmation email. Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier. If for any reason you have not received your shipping confirmation email from us and your order date is past 5 business days please let us know by email. We will be happy to find out exactly what is going on with your order.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes we do, with gift card values starting at $50. Gift cards can be emailed to any email address.
Gift Cards can be used online or in person at Cellar Door.

Do you host functions or weddings at the Estate?
Yes, we can host your private event at the Estate. Whilst we don’t have a restaurant onsite, we collaborate with the regions top chefs and creatives to create an event or function space tailored to your needs and budget.

Can I order wine online and pick up from your Cellar Door?
Yes, we offer pick up from our Margaret River Cellar Door.
In the online checkout, under delivery method, select ‘Pick up’.
Your online order is usually ready for collection within 30minutes. Please contact us directly if you require a pick up sooner.

Is Gralyn Estate dog and pet friendly?
Yes, it sure is! Your pets are welcome to visit the estate as long as they are on a lead and/or tied up. We have ample shady locations for you and your furry friends to relax.
Pets are not permitted within the Cellar Door building or vineyard.
What is Gralyn Estate’s return/exchange policy?
Returns and refunds are to be processed within 30 days of initial purchase. For lost, damaged or faulty wine orders Gralyn Estate will arrange a full refund or replace the wine at no cost to the customer. For any other reason please contact us and we will remedy the situation as soon as possible. Returning wine for 'other' reasons the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
