The Gralyn Estate website provides clear descriptors of Wine Styles and wine prices. Conditions of purchase are clearly defined on the website. Customers are urged to select wines only after careful research of online tasting notes and information.

Returns and refunds are to be processed within 30 days of initial purchase. For lost, damaged or faulty wine orders Gralyn Estate will arrange a full refund or replace the wine at no cost to the customer. For any other reason please contact us and we will remedy the situation as soon as possible. Returning wine for 'other' reasons the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
