A limited release, handcrafted from old vine Cabernet Sauvignon planted in 1975. Deep inky crimson in colour, this wine opens with a complex, perfumed bouquet. The palate is rich and concentrated, with silky tannins framing intense flavours of mulberry, blackberry and dark chocolate. Perfectly balanced, with a long and persistent finish that. Enjoy in its youth for vibrancy and power, or cellar for a decade to unlock further complexity and depth.
