The flagship wine of Gralyn Estate, the 2022 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is a rich, full-bodied expression of elegance and power. Vintaged from unirrigated, organically grown vines planted in 1975, this wine reflects the depth and character of old vine Cabernet from Wilyabrup. Dense dark crimson in colour, the nose is perfumed with blackcurrant, violet, cedar, and spice. The palate is intense yet beautifully balanced, with a core of sweet dark fruit and finely textured tannins driving a long, persistent finish. A wine of structure, purity and remarkable cellaring potential.
