A very limited release of rare, old Muscat—deep mahogany-brown in colour with an olive-green rim. The bouquet is lifted and evocative, offering intense aromas of toffee, raisin, molasses and warm spice. The palate is rich and concentrated, revealing extraordinary depth of flavour and rancio complexity from decades of ageing in old oak casks.

Recently awarded Platinum at the 2025 Decanter World Wine Awards in London, this is a triumph for a small, boutique Margaret River producer and a testament to Gralyn Estate’s long-standing fortified wine program. A wine to savour on truly special occasions.

Described by Huon Hooke as “a simply glorious wine to sip,” this fortified style earned 97 Points from The Real Review in 2023, praised for its “deep, dark tawny-brown colour, intense aromas of molasses, toffee and malt, with great depth and persistence.”
