International Shipping
Wines can be ordered from Cellar Door or online and delivered by airfreight overseas with DHL express. The table below is a guide to freight charges ($AUD) that will apply. There are restrictions for the delivery of wine to certain countries.
Please Note: Customs Duties/Taxes may be payable in the country of destination. It is the responsibility of customers to telephone their National Postal Authority if their article is not received within 7-10 business days to organise the payment of duties and taxes.
Online Purchase
International customers and Australian customers wishing to send wine overseas, can order on the website Shopping Cart. Air Freight charge will automatically be included in the final payment details.

SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery
When ordering wine online, please ensure that correct name and address for delivery of wine is entered on 'Contact and Billing Details' form. If wine is to be delivered to a business address please include the full name of the business and the address for delivery. Wine will be packed securely in cardboard cartons. Delivery usually takes between 7 to 14 days within Australia.
Please contact Gralyn Estate with any queries regarding delivery times, or if delivery is overdue. Gralyn Estate will sometimes delay despatch of wine to avoid heat wave conditions. If no one is in attendance a card will be left advising collection from Post Office.
International Deliveries are shipped by air with DHL Express. Duties and taxes, where applicable must be paid, before wine can be delivered.
Return
Breakages are uncommon but in case of damage or an incorrect order, please contact Gralyn Estate immediately by telephone or email. The situation will be rectified (at no expense to the customer) as soon as possible.
