Gralyn Estate is regarded as one of Margaret River’s top Shiraz producers. The first Shiraz was vintaged in 1979 and time has proven these wines have the ability to age beautifully in the bottle. This ‘Reserve’ is a selection of the ‘best of the best’ barrels. Deep purple crimson in colour, perfumed with spice, blackberry, plum and cedary oak. The palate is supple, well balanced and richly flavoured with ripe black fruits, cedar and spice. A core of sweet berry fruit and finely structured tannins support a long, persistent finish. This wine will reward careful cellaring

Accolades
"A slightly more restrained shiraz than previous years. It’s made as an elegant style of nice oak and fruit balance with sinewy tannins in support. Lifted cedary and subtle vanillin notes on the nose. Good firmish structure to support cellaring.”
