A single vineyard wine of elegance and depth, the 2023 Reserve Chardonnay is bright straw-green in colour with a layered bouquet of peach, nectarine and citrus. Wild yeast fermentation and maturation in fine French oak barriques have added complexity and texture. The palate is finely structured, with vibrant stone fruit, subtle oak, and a refreshing thread of minerality that carries through to a long, refined finish. A cellar-worthy Chardonnay that will continue to evolve beautifully over the next 5–8 years.
