Cabernet Sauvignon 2007
Museum Release
A distinguished Cabernet Sauvignon from a standout Margaret River vintage, carefully cellared and now re-released in limited quantities as a Museum Release.
This wine reflects the strength and elegance of Gralyn Estate’s flagship Cabernet. Deep crimson in colour, it opens with lifted aromas of blackcurrant, violet and cedar. The palate is rich and finely structured—layered with cassis, spice and seamlessly integrated tannins—leading to a long, persistent finish.
Critics praised the wine for its depth and ageability. Ray Jordan described it as “silky smooth with a velvety texture… a powerhouse palate that will reveal more with time.” Huon Hooke noted “great fruit concentration and mystery, with structure built for the long haul.” Its outstanding quality was further recognised by Qantas, selecting it for First Class International service—a significant accolade for a boutique Margaret River producer.
Now in its prime, this wine is drinking beautifully and will continue to evolve with grace through to 2025.
