When ordering wine online, please ensure that correct name and address for delivery of wine is entered on 'Contact and Billing Details' form. If wine is to be delivered to a business address please include the full name of the business and the address for delivery. Wine will be packed securely in cardboard cartons. Gralyn Estate uses Australia Post to deliver wine within Australia and overseas, where possible. Delivery usually takes between 7 to 14 days within Australia. Please contact Gralyn Estate with any queries regarding delivery times, or if delivery is overdue. Gralyn Estate will sometimes delay despatch of wine to avoid heat wave conditions. Australia Post will not leave wine unless signed for. If no one is in attendance a card will be left advising collection from Post Office.
International Deliveries are packed in polystyrene and transported by air. Duties and taxes, where applicable must be paid, before wine can be claimed at customs. See International for more information
Breakages are uncommon but in case of damage or an incorrect order, please contact Gralyn Estate immediately by telephone or email. The situation will be rectified (at no expense to the customer) as soon as possible.
The Gralyn Estate Shopping Cart provides clear descriptors of Wine Styles and wine prices. Conditions of purchase are clearly defined on the website. Special offers are advertised as a 'price per pack' of wine and will not be subject to any further discount. Customers are urged to select wines only after careful research of online tasting notes and information, as there is no refund policy to cover return of wine based on incorrect selection.
