Gralyn Estate is regarded as one of Margaret River’s top Shiraz producers. The first Shiraz was vintaged in 1979 and time has proven these wines have the ability to age beautifully in the bottle. This ‘Reserve’ is a selection of the ‘best of the best’ barrels. Deep purple crimson in colour, perfumed with spice, blackberry, plum and cedary oak. The palate is supple, well balanced and richly flavoured with ripe black fruits, cedar and spice. A core of sweet berry fruit and finely structured tannins support a long, persistent finish. This wine will reward careful cellaring.

Accolades “Deep ruby core, hint of purple still lingers at the rim. Red fruits, graphite and morcilla on the nose. Medium-weighted with a bright lift of acidity that lends itself to the sense of lightness. Ample fruit intensity with firm tannin profile gives good length.” The Real Review 2021
