A single vineyard wine, elegant, complex and finely crafted. Pale straw-green in colour, aromatic with white stone fruit, matchstick, citrus and spice. Wild yeast fermentation and maturation in French oak barriques has produced a finely textured palate. The pristine fruit is intense and layered with minerality, smoky oak and linear acidity to form a taut framework that hallmarks future greatness. It is very rewarding to see this wine top the list of 60 Western Australian Chardonnays in Decanter Magazine.
